WHO WE WANT

• 1+ years of freight broker, freight agent, or logistics sales experience required
• Existing shipper relationships or active book of business preferred
• Integrity-driven with a service-first mindset, upholding Action Heavy Haul’s standards and values
• Strong closing ability and comfort with shipper outreach and relationship management
• Knows how to quote, cover, and grow lanes
• Proven ability to build a book through cold outreach and manage the full load lifecycle
• Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and highly competitive
• Long-term thinker who proactively identifies and solves customer issues
• Goal-oriented and ready to progress in their logistics career
• Must reside in the United States
